Feed Me – New Flavours for Spring

Time-poor, last-minute dinner party or just not a keen cooker? No worries! Whatever your reason for choosing our meals, Feed Me has you covered. There’s nothing better than a home-cooked meal, but sometimes, this isn’t always possible. Feed me replaces the need to hunt for healthy last-minute food. Throughout the month of September, Feed Me released four new tasty and nutritious meals (check out our Facebook page for more information). 

Our Moroccan Chickpea Curry is full of flavour and texture. Chickpeas are a good source of vegetable-based protein, fibre and other important nutrients like iron and folate. This exotic vegetarian dish is also low in fat.

Our Chilli Con Carne is a crowd-pleaser for lunch or dinner. The beef mince stew contains a tomato base with chipotle peppers and plenty of red kidney beans. These 'red veges' are a great source of fibre, vitamin C and phytochemicals which come with a range of health benefits.

Our gluten-free Butter Chicken is a taste-sensation. Containing lean chicken breast and an array of spices and colour, our spin on this delicious dish is a great alternative to takeaway curry

Our flavoursome Beef Goulash will tempt even the fussiest of eaters. Pairing a side of string beans with this meat-based dish is a great way to include another serve of veges in your diet. Remember: half a cup of cooked veges is one serve. Aim for 5 serves across the day!

I’m an advocate for simplicity. At Feed Me, we don’t provide gimmicks - just yummy, wholesome, healthy foods (right down to the last carrot). Why spend more on highly processed, packaged or takeaway food containing less nutrition when you can opt for a hearty beef goulash, pasta and beans? Created by a team of Chef’s, our meals aim to balance a good portion of lean protein for healthy muscles, growth and repair; with carbohydrate for energy production; and non-starchy vegetables providing dietary fibre, antioxidants and a multitude of vitamins and minerals (side note: vegetables are the original superfood!).

Less time in the kitchen means more time to spend with family, exercising or doing other things you enjoy. Keep a few meals stored in your freezer and re-heat at your convenience.
