Terms of Delivery:
- You must ensure that all information, instructions regarding delivery and the Delivery Address that is provided to Feed Me is accurate and complete.
- You must inform Feed Me if there is a change to these details.
- The Delivery Address may not be altered once an Order has been placed.
- You will receive one delivery per Order and the days cannot be altered.
- Feed Me may in its sole discretion, decide not to deliver your Order at the Delivery Address where it reasonably believes that the Goods are likely to be stolen or damaged at such Delivery Address. In this case, Feed Me will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
- We will deliver the Order to the front door at the relevant Delivery Address or as per your instructions. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the Delivery Address and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage suffered by us in connection with our delivery of the Order beyond the front door of the Delivery Address.
- Feed Me may require you to pay an addition Delivery Fee if we are unable to deliver your Order to you on our first visit or for any misdescription or error in the Delivery Address. Feed Me reserves the right to not deliver your Order until the further Delivery Fee is paid.
- Feed Me accepts no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed Orders. Feed Me does not accept liability or responsibility for delivery details which are incorrectly supplied, or you fail to supply.
- If you will not be at home at the expected delivery time, we recommend you nominate a cool safe place for delivery of the Order. If you do not provide a specific place for delivery, we will leave the Order at your front door. If you advise us of any specific delivery instructions in an Order, we will endeavour to comply with these instructions to the extent reasonably within our control.
- You will be responsible for an Order from the time we deliver the Order in accordance with your instructions. We accept no liability or responsibility for any Order once the Order has been delivered to you.
- You acknoweldge that we may need to change your delivery date and window from time to time. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if your delivery date and window changes for any reason.
- Orders for delivery to address that are not in the Delivery Area cannot be processed.
- We will let you know if your Delivery Address ceases to be in an area where Feed Me delivers.
